About Sharon
Sharon Heck is a highly accomplished board director, public speaker, and finance executive leader. Leveraging 25 years of experience setting businesses’ tax vision, she has built value for stakeholders at top multinationals in the technology, insurance, and manufacturing industries. Sharon currently serves as the Chief Tax Officer with Intel Corp (NASDAQ: INTC). Sharon is a former Big 4 Tax Partner, at two firms, and a former Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK.A), Corporate Secretary and senior tax executive. Sharon is a licensed CPA and Attorney. She holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Creighton University; a Master of Taxation, from Georgia State University; and a Bachelor of Science, in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Troy University. Sharon resides in CA and in CO with her husband. In her spare time, she works with horses, snowboards, and reads at least 100 books a year.
